Of course while in London our trip wouldn't have been complete without trying the infamous "Fish & Chips". Either they were better than expected or we were just very hungry because we ended up really enjoying our dinner. We were also a bit shocked that we traveled all around the city and couldn't find one place that served a spot of tea & scones...So we asked a local and they said, "Scones? Why do you want to eat a scone when you can acquire a perfectly good donut and cup of coffee at Starbucks!"... That made both Sarah and I chuckle for a bit...We came all the way to London to have a spot of tea and instead we had a Latte and a Chocolate Dream Frappuccino.... So much for the typical stereotypes of London, England. Who knew that a half calf latte and a chocolate donut were so much more popular that a spot of tea and scones...
